This thread covers some background information and other things about humans.
Humans are the most abundant species in Norad, they can't hide info from anyone. They are very widely spread and not very secretive about their customs and culture.

culture
Humans are everywhere. Quite literally. Their cultures, ways, and traditions differ from place to place. The islanders differ from those who live in the mountains, and both differ from those who live within the cities. Religions, crafts, jobs; they all differ. There's no real way to focus on just one aspect from humans when you could easily slip into another.
The common language that everyone speaks originated from the humans. There were, and are even still, some gender discriminant roles that are slowly but surely being weeded out. These remain from either generations of tradition, or a person's preference. Even with ranching things tend to differ.
For those close to the capital, normal animals are domesticated and raised, but those who face the dangers of monsters and the rural areas have to domesticate monsters in order to gather produce. They can't bring normal cattle out there for fear of them getting eaten by monsters, or the cattle turning into monsters!

half-monsters
Half-monsters are most common and most abundant from the human side. They have the most adaptable runes out of all the races which allows them to exist anywhere. It might be due to their abundance with humans, but they're accepted and treated like normal people by everyone in this race.
If anything, they could even prize half-monsters in certain areas as demi-gods, or maybe just as the friendly neighborhood wooly who is very huggable!

earthmates
The first earthmate was said to be a human, humans being the first to interact with the Native Dragons. Human earthmates are the most common of earthmates, and are the second most likely way for any race to birth children that have earthmate powers.
Earthmates are more valued by humans thanks to their abilities. Most rely on them for the village's income or even their main source of food. They're also the closest thing to a clergy or priest within Norad, overseeing ceremonies such as marriage.

language
Human language is the common language that every in Norad speaks today. It has spread far and wide into other kingdoms. Even some of the other racial capitals use it for a 'common understanding' language. It has spread through merchants, schools, and ambassadors.
royalty
The royal family which rules Norad is the most important humans to the kingdom. Their numbers spread from the close inner circle of the King, Queen, and their children. The circle that widens to siblings, cousins, and nobility that married into royalty.
The King is responsible for his peoples' safety and their well being. As such the King is the person who controls the vast majority of the military's actions outside of the official figures.

views on other races
Humans are probably the most accepting race among all the races. In Norad, humans do not discriminate against the other races including the branch races like the Univer and half-monsters. They hold the same sort of noble versus peasant outlook but are otherwise capable of holduing themselves as an equal to a wide variety of non-humans.
Within Norad the humans have allied themselves with the elven nation and have generally accepted the dwarves as their own. Merfolk are more of a mystery to them but in some eyes they are like half-monsters and are just accepted as they are. There have been actions to try and contact and ally themselves with the merfolk's home land but their secretive nature has made that rather difficult.
In other kingdoms this may differ, like the Sechs Empire. The Sechs are not known for their equal treatment of half-humans and only they know how they treat other non-humans.
