Reset and Proboards are PG-13. Please do not be a creep, or overly offensive and 'edgy'.
1. Respect
Respect other members and admin. Do you have a disagreement? Take it to private messages, or notify a member of stuff. Do not take the problem to the site or cbox. You will get a warning if caught breaking this rule, with possible temporary cBox bans, or permaban from the site.
Do not bring OOC drama to IC, and vice versa.
2. Grammar and Spelling
Here at Reset we'd like you to try your best to have proper grammar and spelling. There are tons of programs and sites that'll help you do a quick proofread if need be, just give'em a quick google! Our main language is English and expect IC and OOC posts to be in English.
There are various reasons for not being the absolute best at English, please do not feel pressured - we are not going to slap you with some Advance Literate label to kick you off the site!
3. OOC Names
Stick to one thanks, and don't make it close to your IC names to prevent confusion! This is also the name you will be using in the cBox
4. Behaviour
Refrain from being obnoxious or rude. We are well aware of how some people on the internet like to be completely inappropriate but it is not allowed here. Everyone is here to roleplay and have fun. If you feel the need to act like an obnoxious brat, you will be given temporary cBox bans, and eventually asked to leave the site.
Do not be rude or bring up other sites or members solely to insult them, even if it's to 'praise' another. Insulting someone/thing else to say how much better another is is no compliment! You will be temporarily banned from the cBox if you do so.
Keep personal issues personal. The cBox is a very public place, both for members of the site and guests who maybe considering joining. It is not the place for personal issues.
5. Reservations
All face claims and shop & occupation reserves will be permitted for two weeks - you may do this reserves before starting to create a character! This is PLENTY of time to finish a profile and get yourself set up. We will grant additional time if contacted, please do not abuse this.
6. Multiple Characters
We have no limit for characters, but please only create what you can handle. You also must continue activity on all characters. That means one post per month at least on each character.
7. Activity
Stay active! Posts on all characters MUST be made at the very least once a month. If you are going to be away for any reason, leave a note in the Hello Goodbye forum, or PM a staff member so that we know not to worry!
8. Word Count
We do not have a minimum word count here at Reset. Aiming for 100 words is a good goal, and be sure to give your partners something to work with. "Yes, and..."
9. Acceptance
Reset is a LGBTQA friendly community and safe place, and accepts characters of any gender, sexuality, or romantic orientation. If you have any issue with this and can not keep it private, please leave the site - this is not the place for you.
While a character may posses some form of bigotry, we expect members to responsibly handle it ICly. Do not use IC actions or prejudice to personally attack other members, and do not bring IC drama OOC.
